This is a 43 page PDF Download Tutorial - T Shirt Strips Tunic - A Patchwork Art to Wear Tutorial
I am rearranging the studio and I came across a large pile of t shirt remnants which were perfect for creating a patchwork tunic with a cowl collar in jewel shades with a black contrast. I have MANY t shirt strips so I decided to make a shirt, with elbow length sleeves as well. It is somewhat heavy to wear as a t shirt in summer but it will be perfect as a layering piece over a solid colored longer sleeved t shirt or even a shirt with a collar in autumn and winter and even on cool spring days.It is very comfortable and loose enough to be worn over a tunic as an added layering piece, which is a staple in a lagenlook, french cottage, country outfit. The t shirt tunic can be worn as is or over another layer and a skirt or pants in the winter. They are beautiful pieces made using remnants from other t shirt projects.
