I went to teach the children again this week. But first I will share what they did last week.
They learnt how to create t shirt yarn from old t shirts.
And then learnt how to finger knit
Next they created bags from t shirts
This week I decided to teach them how to make t shirt tube necklaces. I brought a bottle of upcycled wooden beads which were a hit
and then we moved on to key rings
A good time was had by all. Next time, hand sewing and yoyo necklaces.
