Following on from this post https://www.priganart.com/post/do-what-feels-right I have been working according to plan. Such a lot of inspiration.
Last week I worked in greens created a wave landscape piece for the exhibition and of course had lots of scraps left over.
I created a green raw edged spiral piece.
Kept all the small scraps to create some ScrapFabric.
I also ended up with a lot of narrow strips and decided to make a small woven piece which could be used as is, as an art piece, or as fabric for a pillow or a panel for a bag.
While working and then cleaning up I noticed all the colorful threads and had a brainwave - they could be used to create something else and that way nothing would be thrown away. A new technique which I began working on and will show soon.
