We have spent the last month moving the studio. Even a neverending move ends at some point.
This time we moved everything, fabrics, buttons, notions and now I will be sorting.
I haven't opened some of the boxes for a number of years. So I am sure that I will not be using them and its time to move them on and do a drastic downsize and share with other makers.
When we began the move I tried to sort and quickly realised that it is a daunting task and it would be better to move everything, rest for a few days and then in a slightly more leisurely and thoughtful mode begin to sort and downsize.

This time I will be mindful when sorting. What I will be doing in the studio is what will guide my choices when deciding what to keep and what to share.
For on hands teaching I need certain equipment and materials, for creating tutorials different fabrics and for creating practical household items also different fabrics and notions.

Lots of sorting. I know I will find many samples created over the years, and I have just begun.
One of the first boxes that I have opened.
Found boxes of some of my fabric yoyos created over the years.I had thought of sewing a coat but I think its time to share them.

And a fruitful lemon tree right outside my window.
